Primogen - Countess Victoria Dulac lives at the Country Chantry, which is the main Chantry in Detroit. She is very old fashioned, and places clan above all else. She has been the prince's lover for a long time. She was devastated when her sire was killed, but has been unable to pin the deed on the Gangrel Clan.

Gerard - The countess' sire, he periodically spent much of his time in torpor. He lived at the city chantry, but didn’t get out much. In December of 2012 his alternate haven burned to the ground. Though it is not widely known, Gerard was in the building and did not survive.

Scourge - Zach Dela Rocha owes his allegiance to both the prince and to the countess. He spent years prior to coming to Detroit searching for answers on the Verbena Trimuritive. He has gotten close to the Trimuritive several times, but has never managed to find the answers that he sought. He was instrumental in convincing Christina Strong to accept her embrace into the clan and did his best to help her out when she came to Detroit as Tina Andrews.

Trevor Steele is a lawyer, one who handles much of the clan legal work. He lives at the city chantry and is partial owner of the Zombie Zoo. He is a shadow player, and not many know much about him. He uses the Zombie Zoo as a place of recruitment for the clan and his own personal adgenda. He is a business man with some less than legitimate assets, and in his spare time runs drugs.
